The presence of CCTV cameras is properly disclosed to Clients through dedicated signals that should be placed before the camera's radius of action (i.e., at the entrance) clearly visible in all lighting conditions diversified to inform whether the images are only live or recorded. ◻️At the Client's request, staff shall give all relevant information about the surveillance system (available from DPO/legal) ◻️A video surveillance leaflet (available from DPO/legal) shall be kept in-store and available for Clients to read and copy
